Melting Crayons

When I was younger, I loved melting crayons with my dad into different shapes.
So I searched around my apartment for neglected crayons to melt down into a fun shape so that I would want to use them more!

I took a silicone mold and began melting different colored crayons together...

to make the most epic crayon ever!

I was so excited to try it out that I covered my floor with a roll of giant paper so that I can doodle all over.

The most colorful hello ever!

Dollhouse

79 pieces,

and over 3 hours later,

my wonderfully gigantic dollhouse was done!
Why build a dollhouse you ask?

Because Moo and I have grown tired of plain old shelves,

and a dollhouse is pretty much a giant shelf...except a lot more colorful and fun!

Moo agrees.

Things that make me happy

No pants party!
Underwear parties,

Charlie, the newest addition to my family,
fact
mailing kisses,

really, really, tall people,

looking at people, looking at art,

the children's section of the book store,

adorable couples,

finding excuses to buy rainbow cookies... everyday,

pinwheels for heads,
Group Hug
group hugs,
fun buildings,
Me and Moo!
and me and Moo... in cartoon form!

Stamps

I rarely use pencils anymore so I thought I'd find a new use for them.
So I carved the erasers into the shape of a heart,
Dipped it in paint and used it as a stamp to make this fun print.
It's raining love! and I just love dancing in the rain...

Snow

If I had to choose between having pillows or having a white Christmas,

I'd choose a white Christmas.
snow cat
And I'm pretty sure Moo would too.

Who needs pillows any way?

6 ways to distract yourself from getting any work done

face scan
Scan your head...
Cat Scan
or your cat instead of scanning paperwork,

Rock out with your broom instead of cleaning with it,

Do silly poses in the photo booth that you're supposed to be running,
Desktop icons
Change all your desktop icons,

Join in a game of strip poker in an art gallery instead of just photographing it,
Ahhh!
And explore your new computer box instead of learning how to use your new computer.

Mall Santa Musical

You know how around Christmas time, Santa shows up at the mall and kids get to sit on his lap and tell him what they'd like for Christmas?
Well us adults want to sit on Santa's lap too, you know.

So for our latest Improv Everywhere mission, we broke out into a spontaneous musical at the mall about adults sitting on santa's lap!

We also collaborated with Michael,

The song is so fun that I've been singing it non stop all morning!

( Pssst...my family happened to be at the mall that day and bumped into the musical. You can see my little brother get excited and run into the frame at 3:33 to snap a picture, ha! )

Adorable Text Messages

I have two little brothers. Mike is 22 and David is 8 years old. I'm pretty sure they're identical twins... except born 14 years apart.

I've been getting text messages from Mike lately that are so cute I just wanted to share with you.
"2 bros are better than 1"
"2 bros are better than 1"
"Real bros shave together"
"Real bros shave together"
Bros
They're even so close that they dressed up as the Mario Bros for Halloween! (I think it's so funny that Mike is Luigi. )

I'm curious, do you guys have any siblings that are much younger than you? I'd love to hear some cute stories of things you do together!

Mr.Blue

I'm in love with a song right now called Mr. Blue.
We all know what it's like to have really down days so it inspired me to make a little something for people to smile.

So I took in these rocks,
painted hearts on them,

and then brought them back outside.

I put them in places where they almost blend in,
so to spot them would be a lovely surprise.
My favorite line of the song is, "Mr. Blue, don't hold your head so low that you can't see the sky"

Well I made sure to fill some cracks in the sidewalk with the rocks for people who feel so low they just can't look up.

So Mr. Blue, this one's for you.
