Snow Hunk

The city is covered with perfect snowman making snow.

Since we don't have a backyard, I hopped out on our fire escape and made our little buddy right there!

I couldn't resist.

and apparently neither could Matty.

Gray Days

It's been gray outside all week so a quick burst of color from my apartment is in order!

and silly straws are guaranteed to brighten any day ;)

Finding a surprise under your table,

running around sunflower fields with Matty,

going food shopping for mozzarella sticks, snacks, and little brothers,

Matty's fun signs,

people that laugh so hard they need to hold onto their stomachs for dear life,

looking out your window and seeing someone ski down the middle of the street,

big dogs that think they're still babies,

rainbow chucks,

being apart and reading bedtime stories on web cam,

my neighbor's pet duck,

girls that wear a mustache so well they almost convince me it's real,

cannonballs into bed,

spotting an endangered bald eagle,

painting in panties,

old roommates,

spying stairs,

and your responses on twitter to what move Moo is doing. Apparently he is doing jazz paw bend and stretch triple axel praying buddha on a lotus pad figure skating death spiral yoga. Amazing!

Kisses

This weekend Matty and I volunteered to take fun pictures at the Greenpoint Food Market.

I made tons of hearts to hang up and took pics of people kissing for Valentine's day!

There were romantic kisses,

blowing kisses,

cheek pecks,

Triple kisses,

group smooches,

baby kisses,

dog licks,

and Matty....who is sadly still looking for a kiss.

Morning

Every morning I wake up and start working in my kitchen,

but yesterday morning I felt that something was missing.

So I grabbed my paper and started cutting.

Ahhhh, much better. Every morning should start with a colorful bunch of balloons!
