I have a whole lot of tissue paper,
so it only makes sense to make a whole lot of poofs with them!
But now I'm not sure whether I should hang them from the ceiling,
or make the most ridiculous hat in existence ;)

ReplyDelete@Alicia- I just played around a bunch to figure out how to make them but if you google something like tissue paper flowers/poofs I'm sure you can find some tutorials!
