Tissue Paper

I have a whole lot of tissue paper,
so it only makes sense to make a whole lot of poofs with them!
But now I'm not sure whether I should hang them from the ceiling,
or make the most ridiculous hat in existence ;)

( pssst if you're interested in making some here's a tutorial you can check out! )
