Easter Egg Hunt

The other day I had a whole bunch of toys,
Untitled
and a whole lot of plastic eggs laying around,
Untitled
and according to my calculations... Toys + Plastic Eggs = Easter Eggs!
Untitled
So I tied them with string, attached a little note, and hung them around my neighborhood for kids to find.
Untitled
Why?
Untitled
Because it's the one magical day of the year that eggs are filled with toys instead of yolk,
Untitled
and kids who hate eating eggs can gleefully ask their mom for seconds.

;)

  2. Very, very cute. My son is in college. I miss the days when I could fill large plastic eggs with hot wheel cars and yummy chocolate and hide them for Easter.

  11. This was such a sweet thing to do, how lovely. When we were kids my parents used to randomly hide mine and my sisters easter eggs in the trees in our back garden!

  31. This in an exact transcription of my thoughts upon finding your blog (warning: Swearing may occur):

"Oh my god, colours everywhere! This is great! I feel so happy!"

"Wait... So she made easter eggs for random people and took pretty pictures of it? Yeah right! This is fake!"

    "Fake, fake, fake!"

"No, hey. These pictures look real. So she just decided to plant a garden for her neighbors to smile at? Who the hell does she think she is?"

"Of course, her apartment is all colorful. This is bullshit."

"Well... I want a doll house like that."

    "Ooh, pretty colours. And songs!"

    "I love this girl!"

    All in 15 minutes.
