Super fun news! I was contacted by Tampax to be part of their new campaign about stand out girls.
They wanted to feature three creative, unique, real women with their art. A street artist, yarn bomber, and balloon artist. It's the first time they've ever used real women in their ads instead of models!
I loved the whole idea of the campaign and was excited to be a part of it.

ReplyDelete)))) cool!
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Katie, the add is fantastic but.. don't you think that it's a pitty that we, the women & girls, have to "hide" our period? I mean, come on, I don't understand how it's possible that we feel shame for something so important or even worst, that we have to do like if nothing is happening when our needings in those days are really different... we are not the same in every stage of the period, and it looks important to me not to hide it anymore and try to make everybody understand it.
ReplyDeleteOk. Got it.
DeleteI personally don't use said brand for my own strong reasons but I certainly wont use this forum to Debbie Down on Katie's parade.
It's a super cute commercial! And so inspiring that Katie got the opportunity simply by doing what she loves. How awesome!
