Family Portraits

One of my favorite things in the world to photograph is families.
This morning I shot Ashley and her adorable daughter LuLu!
Don't you just love their matching dresses?

Feel free to email me at colormekatie@gmail.com if you're looking to hire someone to take some fun portraits. I'd love to meet you!

My husband and I had our engagement photos taken in this park. It was where we spent much of our dating time since it was halfway between our apartments. I loved seeing these pics there--maybe someday we'll take another set with our kids :)

Your pictures are always so gorgeous! I finally decided to stop lurking and comment, because New York always looks so beautiful through your lens. I can't believe I've walked right past a good number of places you've photographed!

One day soon I really will be tempted to take up that portrait offer!

I just started following you and honestly, you have the happiest blog I have ever seen. I even tried looking for other happy blogs since I like yours so much, and I can't seem to find one. Keep it up! I love it!

The first picture is beautiful! Usually it's the child who is looking away from the camera and the parent who is staring at it. I love this one, it's a complete role reversal. :)

Is it bad that I just read all of your blog posts in a day because they are so beautiful and uplifting?

Wow I just found your video on youtube about the thought bubble video you made. I was so amazed at your creativity, and how you just went for your idea and did it.

Your photos are also amazing. I always look at your photos before I read the entry :p it gets me into your blogs. Keep it up and hope to see more of your works soon.

Oh um... I don't know if you'll tell me, but I was just wondering how you got your blog known. haha it's a weird question, but I wanted to see what people thought about my writing and wanted to get my blog out there into the world. :) Thank you!
