Friday

Today was so gloomy that I stopped by a flower shop and picked up these pretty butterflies to brighten up the streets.

I put a bunch of them on the tree outside my apartment so that every time I go outside it feels a little more like spring =)

When I see Sweethearts candy, I can't help but imagine how cute they look on someone's tongue!

Tuesday

All week I've been carrying around paper eyes with me. I put tape on the back of the eyes and stuck them onto random things I passed by.

It immediately gives inanimate objects a personality!

This handsome house has a mustache.

It's cute to look at an object and to see it looking back at me!

Sunday

Even though I make lots of comfy beds for Moo, for some reason his favorite place to sit is on the shower knobs. He's like a little acrobat!

It's funny trying to take a shower when your cat is busy practicing his gymnastics routine.

Photo booth

My friend Dante and I shot a wedding last night that had a super cute photo booth!

Even the photographers should have their picture taken once in a while!

Friday

Me and Matty put our money together and bought our first ever lighting kit!

Moo volunteered first to be our handsome model to practice the lights on.

I can't wait to start making fun videos with them!

Thursday

I decided to cut up a bunch of family photos and stick them in fun places all over the apartment. 

My little brothers look cute swinging from a plant!

Hair

Last year I cut my hair off. It was kind of a big deal for me because I was so attached to my long hair! The thought of even cutting off an inch would make me tear up.

Then one day I woke up and realized ... Isn't that silly?

So I went over to a hair salon and offered myself as a hair model for someone in training. I told him to cut it off above my chin so I can donate it. That way, I was able to give the person in training some practice, and someone who needed hair, a nice long wig. It felt good to let go of something I loved and to give it to someone else.

My hair grew back pretty quickly since then so what was I so afraid of? Have you ever let go of something that meant a lot to you?

Sunday Night Camp Out

Me and Matty needed a day off from working so we decided to build a tent and camp out in the wild (a.k.a. our living room).

We drank hot chocolate, hiked around the apartment, watched movies, put out our fire, and fell asleep in our tent..

I hope we make it back alive.

Saturday

From now on, whenever I'm feeling down, I will look at these two pictures and remind myself that life is too short to be unhappy.

Friday

Didn't fit me then,

and doesn't fit me now.

But somehow my little brother can make my dad's coat look fly.

Chocolate

Last night all my dreams came true...

 I went to a chocolate carnival!

I must admit, I'm a pretty serious chocoholic. I eat chocolate with every meal as if it's a side dish of vegetables. 

All the sculptures were made of chocolate. I had to refrain myself from diving head first into the chocolate ferris wheel with my mouth open. 

While picking up my coat to leave I heard the most terrible thing, the coat check people weren't allowed to enjoy any of the sweets! So I made it my mission to go back into the party and sneak them out the goods ;)

Wednesday

Matty finished editing the No Pants video last night. I can't stop watching it, the reactions are hilarious!

Monday

I went up to the roof of this building today and shot some photos of the city.

The higher up you are, the more the city looks like one big lego set.

No Pants Subway Ride!

It was freezing and snowing out but it didn't stop at least 1,200 people from coming and taking their pants off in the subway!

The reactions from strangers were so wonderful.

After the train ride, everyone came outside to dance, build pyramids, and play simon says in the snow. How crazy and fun!
