This post is perfect.

I love the animal papers.

I always adore your ideas and bright bursts of color-- I try to transfer that to my wardrobe! It's all rainy/snowy here in the Midwest, so I may have to steal your ideas for bi-colored toenails and paint-splattered tees. :)

And you look like the cutest mad scientist in the last picture!

A question. Does moo look at the camera always, or you start to made sounds and he look at it? When I took pictures of my cats, I have to start my sounds "kitty kitty, here here, kshkshslsk" and they look at me like "live me alone bi***" I love that actitud.

Natalie said...

oh my gosh, everything is just so colourful and wonderful. i love how creative and original you are!! :)

colormekatie said...

@ Melissa- I don't have to make sounds at all. Moo loves being in front of the camera! I don't even have to move Moo around to take his picture. The second I take out my camera he's practically modeling in front of it ha!

Jess said...

Hi Katie! Love your pics~! I've been trying to upload my pics onto Blogger too, but, it'll never turn out as vibrant as yours! May i know how you've colour-corrected your pics (eg. over-saturate) or did any adjustments on Blogger side? Thanks!

colormekatie said...

Hey Jess! Blogger takes away the quality of your photos when you upload them because they are being compressed. So I post all my photos through flickr. I upload my photos to flickr and then copy and paste it's html into my blog post. That way your pictures will keep it's quality!

Brenda said...

Hello to you, Just wanted to say how happy it made my day to discover your blog.. I love colours and creativity, and your blog really outstands it! Thank you!

A) I love that you still have the turkey in your kitchen!

B) I love your blue/pink toes!! Looks like sky and cotton candy. :)

I absolutely adore your pictures! They are always fun to look at, especially in my drab old cubicle at work. It takes some guts and grits to be able to follow through with your passion and sustaining yourself without having to work at a traditional desk job. I wrote about you in my blog post about people who lead unconventional lifestyles. Thank you for brightening our days! :)

amaaaazing! Although you get told this a million times a day i love your blog its amazing etc etc! Im note sur eif you even read all these comments but if you do I wanted to say thank you, last year you sent me an email that pretty much saved my life. I was falling over an edge and knowing you can rely on the kindness of strangers pulled me back. Ill always think of you as a friend, even though we have never met.
