My Week

My week consisted of...
Bryant Park
photographing wolves at Bryant Park,

Making thought bubbles to hang up in Gawker's office,

Cienfuegos
Shooting fancy restaurants,

fancy!
and colorful foods,

changing my room from this,
to this,
shooting a wedding and capturing this sweet kiss,
shooting a new Improv Everywhere event,
(I can't show pics yet but this kid sat outside on that lion for about 3 hours! Must have been a comfy lion...)
and lots and lots of editing.
Whew! Now it's time to rest.

Katie, I've seen your work all around the blogosphere, but I somehow never made it to your fantastic blog. I love what you do -- it's so inspirational and so much fun. Can't wait to see more of this Improv Everywhere event.

I've been following your blog for awhile and I absolutely love it. Your art is amazing and it actually inspires me to create my own art, which has been so much fun, so thank you for that.

When I saw your post with the stars yesterday I literally immediately grabbed my construction paper and started making stars. The best part, my boyfriend was out of town so I surprised him with a room full of stars.

In other words, you rock. I will be posting some pictures soon and will make sure to link to your blog!

Hi Katie!! I'm a big fan of your blog and I visit often though am commenting just for the second time.

I just have to comment now -- that picture of you on your floor, making thought bubbles, having your crafts take over your living space, is exactly how I live as well!! I make props, sets and costumes and window displays for a living, so my house (much to my family's dismay) is always always filled to the brim with craft things!! Hahaha! :-) It's nice to know that I'm not alone in that!! :-)
