Monday

My head has been so messy this week.
When I feel stressed I like to sit under the shower. It feels like it's raining and rainy days always relax me.

What makes you feel better after a stressful day?

Listen to music that makes you happy and drink tea! Try "here comes the sun" or classical music!
Nothing like a drop of honey and an orchestra to chase your cares away!

I presonally like to light candles, play nice music, and relax.. Or read a good book with a hot cup of cocoa out on the patio, wrapped in a blanket if it's cold. :)

Chocolate Cake and Coffee. For sure! And snuggling with a good book.

I'm like you. I could wake up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning and have a lopsided day and then come home and take a long, hot shower and it's like all the water just washes my stress right down the drain! They are very relaxing for me, too.

I love to paint lately. I have been painting so much lately that some people have been interested in what I have been doing and now my work will be featured in a show in SOHO next week. I am blessed..... Thank you

tea....YES tea !!!

and of course some music....

and often when I'm really stressed I clean out a closet or a kitchen drawer....and then I feel so much better !!!!

music -- but make sure you choose carefully. some songs just make me 10x worse. something upbeat and fun but chill, like the antsy pants or belle and sebastian.

also, I read the importance of being earnest out loud. speaking in an accent always cheers me up, and that play is just incredible and clever anyway.

A good book! In the TUB! Also calling a best friend who lives far away and laughing over old times :)

I like to sit outside, or read a book in bed with a cup of peppermint tea. Usually doing something solitary helps me unwind a lot.

A walk in the park always makes a day less stressful ^__^

Sleeping in the sun works too when the weather gets warmer!

A bike ride with my i-pod always makes the world go away or I tend to make really detailed lists to make everything seem like less!

Sketching always makes me feel happy. So does listening to the rain, but the rain isn't always there... :P

My favorite way to relieve stress is to get in my car, start driving and sing at the top of my lungs with whatever music I'm feelin' at the time. Driving and music are very therapeutic for me.

I LOVE sitting under the shower. Thank you for sharing. Now my boyfriend can't make fun of me anymore - HA.

But seriously. Whenever I'm super stressed I could sit there for...a long time.

working out, writing in my journal, watching the sunset and reading a book. Talking to my boyfriend also makes me feel better, but he is currently the source of stress!

i also enjoy sitting under the shower -- it has to be pretty hot, and just letting the water run down over my head. it feels like everything is just melting away ... yeahhhh.

A cup of tea with my family will make me happy.

A good novel or a phone call to my best friend...
I like rainy day too, when you're inside and that the noise is rocking you... [and chocolate, and flowers, and cats, and music, Björk for instance, and mango juice etc etc.]

I hope you feel relax. =)

In this order
1) I take a shower
2) I drink a bier!
3) Jump into my bed with a bier and my macbook

Giving my boyfriend a back rub, because I know he'll return the favor. We're always happier if we can snuggle for a bit.

A good record, a pale ale, peanuts, and hopefully there's still some sun left in the day.
